TOTD 2018-7-18: Why are we still paying this guy?

Why in the world is this guy still drawing a paycheck from the American public?  Let’s do a quick review:

1- He’s an admitted liar, having an ongoing affair with a fellow FBI employee which opened him up to potential blackmail.

2- He violated FBI rules and security protocol by using his phone like a  gossiping teenager.

3- He actively tried to prevent Trumps election, helping to alter Comey’s report on the Hillary Clinton email investigation to help her avoid charges.

4- He appears to have been in secret meetings AFTER the election (“Andy’s” office…) to plot to thwart the newly elected TRUMP

5- He insulted the American electorate over and over using his FBI issued phone.

I work in government at the local level.  I’ve seen guys get fired for things like padding up a time-sheet or clearing their own driveway with a city-owned plow truck.  Yet this guy smirks away and seems unafraid that anything at all will happen to him.  Can anyone tell me why he has a job at the FBI still?

  1. The rules are for the little people. My guess is he has connections. Also if he had written those things about Hillary or Obama the cable networks would have gone 24/7 on him. He is “a man of conscience” for being against Trump thus protected by the media.

There is the other factor of it might be in the governments interest to have him still under the regulations of the FBI.

  2. Having him still required to testify and hand over info while still employed might be the ONLY thing that makes any sense.  With Comey gone and “Andy” facing potential charges (or did they charge him?) it seems his little ring of conspirators is shrinking.  I think his time as an FBI employee is running out, but will he be allowed to retire and collect a fat pension, while starting his job at MSNBC?

Do you think he will write a book?

  4. Oh sure, I can see that.  He seems to like being on camera and telling us all how virtuous he is.  I can also easily picture him being introduced by Rachel Maddow as a paid mouthpiece for the left – “Now, let’s bring in national security analyst Peter Strzok.  Peter, what do you think of what the President said today..?”

It nearly induces vomit how terrible they all are.

Who plays him in the movie? The love story will be portrayed as a thing of beauty.  “Peter and Lisa: The untold story”
