  1. Bovine obstetrics, our favorite sport, can be exceeding beautiful, especially when the efforts result in a live healthy calf and a healthy dam who stands up right away and starts licking her calf.

The sport opportunities are generated by the four-long-legged nature of the calf and the possibility of twins who get into a tangle about who is coming out first.

Sorry: no pics. It’s dark in there!

  2. The halfpipe at the Winter Olympics; I will never know how these young men and women are capable of such feats.

Cheerleading is a sport, too. 😎

It truly is; should almost be a subset of gymnastics in the Summer Olympics. It would also attract more spectators… duh.

A good analogy: Snowboarding used to be considered “poor man’s skiing” but we all know that it has come into its own as a certifiable sport.

  5. The only two I “occasionally” watch on the “idiot box” are baseball and golf.

I ‘m too old for participation in baseball, but I sometimes golf.

Haven’t seen this happen yet though…..

    GolfMovie

    Wait for the end…
