The Prodigal Spun

Northam is now vowing to stay in office,  and spend the rest of his term eradicating racism.

I read  over the weekend that the Dems are on board  about this.  They’re publicly condemning him, but they want him to stay, because they’re duty bound to  believe the “survivors” of Fairfax’s  escapades, and if Northam goes, so must his AG, also caught blackfaced.  Then there’ll be a GOP governor, unless they can  take him out with his yearbook….

So, ya getting this? The  person in Va who was actually publically caught out arrayed in what is now universally considered to be the very face  of bigotry,

will henceforward use his public platform to .hector and excoriate all the other citizens of his state who have never exhibited such attitudes!

I have noticed this Uriah Heepish tendency among Leftists whose acquaintance I haven’t been able to eliminate, especially Christian Leftists.   When they want to disparage someone, they begin by Heeping obloquy upon themselves.  They are the blackest of sinners. They’ve had the “beam in their own eye”   surgically implanted.  “A wretch like me!” Is their  favorite phrase ( although like the slave-trader author of those overused lyrics, and like Gov . Northam, they continue to enjoy the spoils of their egregious faults) .

And all to what end?

Having voluntarily covered themselves with mud and excrement,

they are well-placed  to begin slinging it !

Oh yes, I am indeed the very prince of sinners!   But enough about me, let’s talk about your sins.

Amazing grace, indeed, that saved a wretch like Northam, when the angel of #metoo appeared and revealed rammy Fairfax caught in the thicket, poised  to be the sacrificial victim!

How I pity the honest citizens of Virginia.  The ‘umble  Dr. Erstwhile Coonman  will now claim to be able to see through the charade   of tolerant non-discrimination  and abhorrence of racial intolerance, which he exploited to win his office,  and which the citizenry demonstrated, inter alia,  in electing Fairfax.  It is they who are the whited sepulchres –even though he, himself,  is the only one emanating the stench!

“Who’s  that yonder, dressed in white? “.

Yup: it’s Saul Alinsky.

  1. Hyp, what you write sounds plausible, and horrifying — amorality utterly on display.  It is Biblical, and may well be Biblical in its reckoning.

VDH has talked about this. If a Rep doesn’t something it is an Aha Moment. This brings out their inner racist. If it is a Dem, they were just having a Bad Hair Day.

Um, yuh.  Did you catch Joy Behar, sitting in front of a  huge photo of her younger self in,well, café-au-lait-face and an Afro wig?

You didn’t?  Riiiight.  See what we mean?

  4. Well, Joy made up and put on an afro wig because she admired black women and wanted to be like them. Oh wait, that’s  racial appropriation. Well, she probably was told her grandmother had black ancestry so she claimed 1/1024th of it too.

  5. This is truly disgusting. And where is the GOP? Where are the speeches on the House and Senate floors equating the members on the other side with what happened if they don’t push their Dem colleague from VA to resign? That’s what they would do to the GOP especially if the person in question was a governor and announcing he ain’t leavin’.

Frankly I think the GOP and it’s supporters like being cucked.

Totally agree.  We miss every opportunity to blame the Left,

    every single time !

    Remember James Hodgkinson?

We think, and we are exhorted  to think, “How would we like it if they do it to us?”

Gee, why  do we speculate about this? They always DO!! —

    every single time.

GOP, stop making sense!  If a cow keels over in Iowa, it’s Ocasio-Cortez’ fault!   When illegal immigrants murder an American, it’s Nancy Pelosi who wielded the knife or pulled the trigger!  Yes, she personally!

Come on! We’ve been watching the Left do it long enough now to know how it’s done.  Slime ’em!

The Episcopalianization of America proceeds.   The “Christian Left” are only “Christian” because they self-identify as such.   They have “emerged” beyond Jesus into universalist utopia and now want to bring socialist syncretist religion to the church they have left behind.

They are champions at proof-texting.  The nicest thing you can say about such is “heterodox.”

And if you call them on their heterodoxy, they get all self-righteously indignant and accuse you of being mean.  (Because all virtue is summed up in “be nice.”)   We are supposed to smile and nod while they whine and lie and call us names.

The formerly robust American church of Christ has been emasculated into niceness.

Which puts me in mind of That Hideous Strength, and N.I.C.E.
