  1. Donald J. Trump should sue for an injunction to prevent his lawyer from testifying regarding matters that should be ordinarily covered by lawyer-client privilege.

President Trump should file an ethics complaint with the bar regarding Michael Cohen.

Depending on the state isn’t it against the law to record people surreptitiously?

What do you expect from his testimony?

More grandstanding by Nancy Pelosi. Love the timing as well- just as Donald is in the middle of a critical and hopefully successful diplomatic mission.

    Diversion tactic, wouldn’t you say?

  4. So, let’s wrap this up: we have a convicted liar, a lawyer who is now disbarred, participating in an orchestrated Demon House drama, attended by the discredited fake media, otherwise known to be an activist illegal adjunct to the Demon party, and we’re supposed to pay attention?  God only grants us a limited time on this planet, and I’m sure as hell not going to use any of it watching this kind of crap.  It Trump took legal action against this dope, it would only legitimize him a bit.  Follow Trump’s example and ignore this crap.

Instead, let’s talk about the summit, India and Pakistan shooting at each other, or the state of Elon Musk’s latest super rocket!

I think it will be everywhere for awhile.

  6. Trinity W., I did not know that M. Cohen had lost his law license.  Do you know the particulars of how he lost that?

I heard NPR broadcasting the part of the testimony where M. Cohen gave the check that D.J. Trump had written to reimburse him for the payment to Stormy Daniels.  He said that it was proof that Trump had violated the campaign finance law.

I do recall that M. Cohen entered a guilty plea when charged with a violation of campaign finance law for that same incident.   It never went to trial, so it has not been established, except as a Democrat talking point, that the payment was actually a violation.   It would take a trial to establish that statement.   In the meantime, D.J. Trump should be assumed innocent.   I would not think that it is necessarily illegal.   I am sure that, in the real estate development biz, non-disclosure agreements are pretty common.  And Trump paid from his own account, not from campaign funds.

This is a very small deal, and probably not a crime, and it has nothing to do with Russia.

But of course NPR found it a fascinating glimpse into the corrupt world of President Trump.

    Enemy of the People.
