  1. I am not getting the link to the article, Trin. It just shows the main page.

They hate everybody- Jews/Israelis, women, Westerners, not to mention themselves- see Shia/Sunni conflicts.

  3. Oh please. CAIR. Bunch of dolts. I have a feeling the top brass at Fox has been looking for a reason to turn that place upside down since Ailes left.

We’re in trouble then because Fox had enormous influence upon the 2016 election.

Even more trouble than you may know since uber-RINO Paul Ryan is now on Fox’s board.

You’re close to losing your status as my favorite poster because you always brought a smile to this nature-loving soul and now I’m hearing nothing but bad political news.

Dude, you have a responsibility to keep the hyper members on this site in a serene Zen mode. 🙂

  8. We are in very dangerous times.

The traditional wisdom was that, come contact renegotiation time, someone like Carlson gets paid not merely based on the immediate value to his network but on the value of not having him work for a competitor network.

But if Carlson is declared a thought criminal, FNC will not have to worry about him competing.

In general, once the two minutes hate focuses on a non-leftist personality, rather than defend the personality, the employer might as well jump in to so destroy the personality that he poses no competitive risk.

I’m bolding this part of your comment. All I can advise is to prepare yourself for the worst and defend your assets.

    1. Get yourself a great– not good- accountant with references sooner rather than later and don’t complain (as I originally did) about their fees. I screamed every April about the $600/hour fees from my Mormon acct but he has saved me tens of thousands of dollars and my husband and I just made him our estate attorney as well.

    2. If possible try to claim residency in WA, TN, TX, and FL sooner rather than later. We were looking into AZ (love Phoenix and Prescott) but it has suffered from too many CA refugees who have changed the political landscape.

    3. Spend less money on health insurance plans (aka raise your deductible) and try to fund your HSA. HSAs are great because they protect up to $7500 dollars a year of income from fed taxes.

I could go on but a competent accountant (and attorney) can help you more.

  10. A conservative streaming news service could become the new Fox in short order. Maybe 2 hours a night. An hr of news, an hr of round table say with the likes of VDH . It’s time for our wealthy rich to step up to the plate and give the nation a true alternative. Rush Limbaugh are you listening ? You could do this and make it work.

Over the internet like netflix. It could run in a two hour loop from 6 to 12. New every night.

I think the answer is for Fox to take the offensive ala the Trump method. He likes rallys; have him do a short run defending free speech and be as aggressive and offensive as possible. Nobody is better than DJT in dialing into American rage; he had me the first second he and Melania descended from the Trump Tower escalator!

So you’ll have to deal with: being blackballed by hosting services; being throttled by ISPs; not being allowed to have an app on anyone’s app store; having social media block any post with your URL…

I’ve heard of all of these except being throttled.

It’s certainly a problem that would have to be taken under consideration.  Infowars is persisting through the extensive blockade of their show.  I think a service that was more Fox than InfoWars might have an easier time.

  16. Come ON, we cannot allow these towelhead viragos, these 7th century throwbacks, to dictate what we can hear, see and say.  Get serious!   Trump is so right: they cant beat us, we can only beat ourselves .  (I just wish I didn’t think we’re  so keen to do just that…)

For two years every media commentator in the country has been questioning Trump’s loyalty to  the constitution.  Omar questioned American Jews’ loyalty.  That’s ok, just free speech!   So why is questioning Omar’s loyalty any different?

    Wake. Up.
