For some inspiration, here’s Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy’s epic rant from a dozen years ago:

  3. Mike LaRoche & 10 Cents – what do y’all make of the seeming implosion going on in the Palouse?  They’ve got a bye today, but consider the past couple of weeks:

    • One of the epic meltdowns in NCAA football history when UCLA scores 50 in just over a quarter to come from 32 down to beat the Cougs in Pullman
    • They go down to Salty City and get their butts handed to them by the Utes.  Not surprised that the Utes beat them, but the beat down was surprising
      • After the game The Pirate refers to the players as “fat, dumb, happy, and entitled”
    • Yesterday their D Coordinator resigns.  Middle of the season.

I was kind of expecting them to take a bit of a step back this year, but this looks like the Jameis Winston Rose Bowl fumble.

The Cougs are definitely not the same team I saw when I was at the Alamo Bowl last December.

  5. The SMU Mustangs had a thrilling comeback win over the Tulsa Golden Hurricanes. The Mustangs overcame a 30-9 fourth quarter deficit to win 43-37 in triple overtime!
