    Wait a second, you are taking that picture from the street, that’s dangerous, the heck with the focus, worry about YOU !!!

  2. Looking at the top picture, RE: wires.

    The topmost are the high voltage, from  7,000 volts up to about 13,000 volts. Three wires = three phase

    The heavier four next lower wires seem to be residential feed, again three phase and either 60 Hz or 50 Hz at 100 volts. The slightly lower voltages, than The US, necessitates larger wires to handle more current. Three hot wires and a neutral.

    The 3-phase supply voltages are established at 200V at 50Hz (Japan East) and 200V or 210V at 60Hz (Japan West). The 3-phase voltage(L-L-L) of 200V will have a single phase voltage (L-N) of 115V and the 3-phase voltage of 210V will have a single phase voltage of 121V. Much like standard voltages in the USA.

    Now I presume 10 Cents is on the western side of the country so he should be at 60 Hz.

    The next  two down, should be cable TV. ( Unusual that there are two, competing companies ? ) As several feet from the pole to the left, there appears to be Line Taps that would transition from the semi-rigid coax to RG-6 home service drops.

    The lowest one is standard POTS or Plain Old Telephone System. This is determined by the oblong black boxes straddling those cable. The boxes contain terminations for the 25 to 50 pair cables to standard single pair 600 Ohm customer drop cables.

    There is FTTH so that might be what you are seeing instead of a cable company.
