  1. Good launch and orbiting now. Cool!

Just strikes me strange that they always use the term “nominal” if something is up to expectations.

  2. The streaming coverage is remarkable.  I don’t remember anything so geeky in coverage of a space mission since the Gemini rendezvous missions in the mid 1960s.  “Co-elliptic burn…”.

Well at 300 bauds or less one cannot do much. A monochrome basketball monitor wouldn’t help much either.

  4. A huge plume of crud exists a NASA booster lift.   A lot of stuff isn’t doing anything.  When a Dragon lifts, it looks like military jet exhaust.  It’s all business.  To say that 70 years of NASA booster “expertise” is a hollow echo of wasted funding would be accurate cruel.  NASA never needed to be efficient.  NASA was a Diversity exercise.

Elon Musk has young Sheldon’s notebook.  I saw it on TV.  The US will be roaring back to the moon with the US flag everywhere.  Let’s go to Mars and plant our flag.  Anybody who protests can discuss it in situ, after being granted a visa.
