  1. Imagine the Home Owners Association (HOA) going absolutely bat crap ballistic over landscaping, home color, and that errant roofing tile only the HOA can see.

So that’s how John keeps 10 cents from visiting.

He uses trained Corgis for that task:

  3. Question; How many people clicked on the candy bar?

(I ask because that was one of the most aggravating things to set up to work.)

I’m so blue ink ‘hyperlink’ trained I did not even think to click the candy bar.  I should probably expand my thinking once in awhile.  BTW, great post, and video!

Usually I just click on pictures to enlarge them so I didn’t.

I stumbled upon that today and since it was “somewhat” near where John lives, (only 75 miles away, LOL), I purposely posted it for people to get a small chuckle. We all need a chuckle now and again. (Note this green so you don’t try to get a link from clicking it. Red was a bit strong and BLUE is definitely not what I want.)

The thing with the candy bar link was it would not work on the same line. In other words, a bit of text, the picture and more text, making the candy bar picture the link. I tried with several HTML methods to no avail. Blame WordPress. So I had to put the image in Photoshop, made the “canvas size” wide enough to accommodate the text, insert the text crop accordingly, save and post it making the whole thing, an image with the text and candy bar on one line as a link.

More than one way to skin a cat.

  7. I should note that the word «villa» in French simply means a detached house with a yard and/or garden.  It has none of the connotations of grandeur of the English word.

How about in Switzerland? Is it a detached house with a yard with fortifications against tanks?
