Leveraging the FBI against a right-wing couple

One anonymous tip from a Leftist cost this couple more than four years and many thousands of dollars and their status is still in limbo.

The Antifa activist who submitted the fake tip to the FBI abt me, delaying my visa by years, didn’t just cause heartache by separating my wife & I by 1000s of miles.

That person stopped us from being able to have a family. Four years now. And (biologically) running out of time.

— Jack

I have questions.

The story:

British conservative Jack Buckby was slated to marry American Martina Markota four years ago. An organized campaign of lies and harassment by “Antifa” led to Buckby being flagged as a terrorist and his visa denied.  …

His wife, Martina Markota, is a victim of Antifa doxxing and cancel culture in her industry. She is a performance artist in New York City who was well-known by her stage persona, “Lady Alchemy.” Using her real name, Markota publicly advocated for President Donald Trump during the 2016 primaries, appearing on The Gavin McInnes Show to express her support for Trump and detail how she survived as a conservative in the liberal arts scene.

Following Trump’s presidential election, Markota was doxxed by NYC Antifa who published her address, her family’s address, and described her as a fascist online. She was then fired from a theatre she had worked at for years, dropped by her agent, and canceled from independent gigs when left-wing performers would contact her clients and call Markota a “Nazi.”

To this day, Markota is regularly blacklisted from booking rosters.

Then in 2017, Markota was contacted by an FBI agent who told her that they had received a tip, alleging that she was then-engaged to a British man plotting to commit terrorist acts in the U.S. and that their engagement was a fraud for Buckby to obtain a green card.

The FBI informant is named, but Buckby and Markota have asked for her identity to remain anonymous to prevent her social media presence from gaining traction.  …

Within days of the FBI tip, Buckby said that he logged online to view his visa waiver status, but his account read “Travel Not Authorized.”

Shortly after, Buckby arranged an appointment at the U.S. Embassy in London to obtain a tourist visa. After a long interview, his case was considered “Pending Administrative Processing,” to be decided after a 60-day background check. Buckby was ordered to leave. For now, his case was considered denied. Two years passed with no contact, decision, or explanation.

Luke Burke, a senior member of the Homeland Security Committee, told Buckby: “I have spoken to the FBI and to U.S. Customs and Border Protection and all I can say is that your name is being flagged for something in the [Electronic System for Travel Authorization] application system.”

Buckby was kept in the dark by the FBI for nearly four years.  He was prevented from entry to the U.S.A. but the basis for this determination was kept secret.  He spent a bunch on lawyers.  He went to the Embassy in London.  He wrote letters.  Ms. Markota wrote letters.  They enlisted the aid of Congressman Steve King and Member of Parliament Janice Atkinson, who wrote letters on their behalf.

After over two years of no action on his visa application, Buckby sued the U.S. Government to obtain a ruling on his application for a visa, which resulted in the U.S. Government issuing a denial.  That closed the lawsuit and allowed him to start a new application for a spousal visa.

They got Arizona Representative Paul Gosar to help.

Tom Van Flein, Gosar’s chief of staff, wrote that his office has reached out to the Department of Homeland Security and “ultimately had the matter reviewed to clear the Buckbys.”

“What happened to them is a clear case of doxxing and bordered on the crime of swatting,” Van Flein stated in an email to The Post Millennial.

Gosar’s office determined that the false allegation had “harmed [Buckby’s] ability to travel.”

What is it about the FBI that puts them on the side of the Left?   Have corrupt Leftists been at the top of the FBI for long enough to corrupt all the middle management positions by elevating Leftists?

Evidently the “tip” was used by the FBI to punish Buckby and Markota for their association with McInnes and their secondhand brush with Proud Boys.   Clearly the FBI is hostile to Jack Buckby, and my guess is because he is an anti-Muslim activist who wrote a book arguing that the UK should limit Muslim immigration and investigate radicalised Mosques.  None of his activity is illegal, even in the UK.

There is no justice for conservatives.  Some random Leftist can leverage the weight of the FBI and the entire federal government to punish you through guilt by association in secret tribunals.

Why does this couple not reveal the name of the tipster that started their troubles?  There is clearly more going on here than is stated in this article.

The Leftist “tipster” was snooped out and identified.

While the harasser is not named in the article, National Justice can confirm that the alleged aggressor is Juliet Jeske, a 47-year-old self-described “divorcee” and “crazy cat lady” based out of Brooklyn, New York pictured above. According to her LinkedIn profile, she works as a comedian, writer and body painter. Open source intelligence has found that Jeske has previously worked for the Huffington Post, as well as a “findom.”

In a March 2020 blogpost bragging about working with the FBI and NYC Antifa to harass Donald Trump supporters, Jeske gloats about using her connections to anarchists, the burlesque scene and various far-left journalists to pursue Markota, a woman she has never met or talked to who was employed in the arts scene in 2016. Markota, who Jeske refers to as “Portia” in her confession, was bombarded with death threats and in-person intimidation by anarchists after they doxed her. She was forced to leave her profession in fear.

According to Jeske’s own telling of what transpired between 2016-2020, NYPD interrogators who received her “tips” about Markota, Gavin McInnes and the Proud Boys being dangerous terrorists were highly suspicious of the information she was providing and sensed she had personal motives.

The FBI on the other hand appears to have taken Jeske’s nonsense seriously and recommended Buckby be put on a visa rejection list. Out of context footage edited by Jeske was later used in the kangaroo court that convicted New York City Proud Boys who defended themselves from “antifa” attackers

And all this time the couple has been stalked and taunted by Leftists.   This is just a recent one of many examples:

  1. The source for the Buckby side is an article at The Post Millennial:

The source for the story on Juliet Jeske is at The UNZ Review:

If you are interested, here is the long blog post by Juliet Jeske with her longwinded bragging about how she helped nag New York into prosecuting the Proud Boys.  It includes several references to “Portia,” which is her code name for Ms. Markota:

Ms. Jeske describes herself as “a not so bitter divorcee.”   Of course.  In the New York entertainment world she is not allowed to be bitter, because her ex came out as gay.

  2. When the cops don’t prosecute informants who lie, you know the cops were in on the lie.

Similarly, when a source lies to a reporter and the reporter then does not burn the source or otherwise report on the perfidy of the source, you know the reporter was in on the lie. This is one big thing I want to come out of the Sandmann cases: a finding of actual malice due to reporters continuing to fawn over Phillips.

  3. The left is evil. Many on the left may not realize it. However, they are useful idiots of the left. Those in the later camp I have a hard time being neutral about.

  4. I don’t think this is right but bureaucrats don’t like to take any risks so if a red flag is out on a person they would rather deny than to end up wrong later. Also anyone with wrongthink is a “Nazi” to these people.
“You have only the freedom to think the right way, Comrade.”

  5. The FBI lost most of its credibility after Ruby Ridge and Waco, then sacrificed whatever credibility was left in its revolt against elected President Trump.  It is not our FBI — it is an enforcement arm for the occupying Political Class.

That said, life has never been fair, and we all have to adjust to its vicissitudes.  If the US bureaucracy is preventing a UK man from moving to the US to be with his lady, why not have the lady move to the UK to be with him?  Be fluid like water, rather than rigid like ice.

This part I didn’t understand. If they wanted to start a family, there were ways to do that while the visa was unresolved.

  7. I propose there be an unlit red stanchion at every street corner with a slit into which one can place an anonymous tip.  America will be moral within weeks.   I advocate   formally undertaking common knowledge every day.

I am guessing that Jack Buckby very much wants to relocate to America in order to have our First Amendment freedom of speech.  His book about Muslims was very close to being over the line in the UK.

That has only been an issue since March of this year when international air travel got slammed with Wuhan Virus Rules.  I think the couple are pleading this in order to gain some sympathy.

    Yes; this, exactly.

The NYPD intelligence group is internationally known and respected in law enforcement circles, at least it was until Bill DeBlasio de-funded its core.  If those guys looked into it and decided to pass, but the FBI swallowed it whole, you know that the FBI is complicit in the con.

    The process is the punishment.

The FBI has the same problem the CIA does: for 20 plus year… maybe more… their ranks have been filled with Ivy League grads  (and Ivy League wannabe schools) looking for “adventure” after they graduate. The politics of these people are almost always SJW. The Military officer corps is beginning to have this problem as well, though at this time it’s not nearly as pronounced.

Adventure is not the driving force, at least among the analyst crowd. There you find people with no sense of patriotism as you or I would recognize it. You find arrogance, complete disregard for what is good for the country, I.e. the people, and a sense that they know better how the entire should live. There is really no attempt to truly understand the cultures over which they are charged with analyzing (with few exceptions). And there is certainly no concern over whether the US should be involved in otherwise local conflicts—the US should always be willing to die in other lands. This is why our intelligence agencies are so terrible.

What do y’all think of UNZ Review ?  Is that a credible source?

How about National Justice ?   I never heard of them before.

Here is something I thought was interesting.  If credible, it is troubling.  The problem is, it seems credible.

    https://national-justice.com/trove-leaked-fbi-fusion-center-and-dhs-documents-provide-insight-antifa-charlottesville-political

I did some reading of their other stories and there appears to be a white nationalist tinge to their writing. Take a look at this op-ed

    https://national-justice.com/current-events/op-ed-defend-your-life-and-rights-go-jail-only-if-youre-white

The last paragraph has an interesting line in it. The information on which their pieces are based may be good but just a word of warning citing to them.
